CLandrieux is a contemporary figurative artist based in Dubai.

Her work explores feminine power, psychological tension and transformation through a series of controlled and confrontational portraits. Working primarily with pastel and secondarily with watercolor, she challenges the traditional perception of these mediums as fragile, using them instead to construct images of authority, resilience and strategic presence.

Her figures often appear suspended between vulnerability and control, identity and performance, instinct and decision. Influenced by lived experiences across different geopolitical and cultural environments, her practice reflects an ongoing investigation into the body as territory — a space shaped by conflict, memory and adaptation.

Through minimal yet intense compositions, CLandrieux seeks to create encounters rather than decorative objects. Each work invites the viewer to confront presence, silence and inner warfare.
